Director of Project Management
Streetlight seeks an experienced Director of Project Management to lead and manage the Project Management operations and team at Streetlight Digital. They are responsible for managing the PM team and guiding the direction of overall project management practices. The ideal candidate is a leader with senior or director-level project management experience and managing others.
Responsibilities in this Role:
Manage the project management team to improve performance, share best practices and oversee PM-related training with the greater staff
Champion continuous improvement of new and existing processes to develop successful project management systems and tools to evolve with Streetlight’s needs and growth
Set project management standards and ensure these are consistently applied
Collaborate with leadership and management to guide successful resource & hours management
Create and manage comprehensive project plans from ideation to execution to ensure project goals are met within the agreed-upon timeline and budget
Ability to manage enterprise client retainers and maintain successful relationships and communications with multiple client contacts
Collaborate with lead strategists and team to drive the direction of meetings, manage agendas and deliverables, and communicate project updates consistently
Oversee internal and client-facing documents, spreadsheets, folders, and overall organization of related files
Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities of multiple projects, monitor progress, and adjust as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
7+ years experience in a digital marketing agency in project and account management
Skilled in managing a team and developing and implementing processes across an organization
Experience managing large projects across multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, responsive with closed-loop communication with a strategic mindset
Experience with digital marketing, online advertising, email marketing, website development projects, and the associated service
Ability to build relationships of trust and confidence with clients and colleagues
Excels in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent analytical skills and highly organized with attention to detail
Passion for nonprofits, storytelling, and doing good!
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
Expert knowledge of Asana, Teamwork
Experience working with nonprofit organizations and knowledge of industry platforms

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Marketing Coordinator
Streetlight is seeking an emerging marketing and fundraising professional to support our peer-to-peer strategy team. The Peer-to-Peer Marketing Coordinator is a detail-oriented, proactive role designed for a team member who enjoys organizing, executing and learning details surrounding large-scale fundraising campaigns. Reporting to a Senior P2P Strategist, this person will be responsible for the overall support of a marketing and fundraising team, working primarily behind the scenes on campaign execution and platform management. This position will occasionally collaborate directly with clients alongside peer-to-peer strategists, gaining exposure to enterprise nonprofit clients and national campaigns. The ideal candidate holds 2-3 years of experience within marketing and platform support.
Responsibilities in this Role:
Support strategists in executing strategies that align with client’s overall marketing & fundraising goals
Execute detailed documents with clear instructions for copywriting & design
Help manage the day-to-day operations of email marketing & P2P platforms, including quality control and the deployment of email and sms communication plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional team members, including strategists, copywriters, designers, developers and project managers to support campaign execution
Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of email and sms across multiple programs
Stay current on industry developments and platform updates
Participate in quality assurance testing on P2P fundraising platforms
Build engaging templates for PowerPoints, year-end reports, and other client-facing materials
Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or fundraising (nonprofit experience preferred but not required)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or related field
Strong writing skills with attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Familiarity with email marketing and/or fundraising concepts
Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance measurement
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with strong follow-through and a sense of urgency
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills
Experience with marketing automation or fundraising platforms (Blackbaud, DonorDrive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Classy, Fundraise Up, etc.) is a plus

Senior Direct Response Strategist
Streetlight is seeking a senior digital strategist with extensive expertise in direct response fundraising. The individual in this role is responsible for managing client relationships while developing and implementing comprehensive individual giving strategies to drive fundraising and elevate marketing efforts that ensure sustainable program growth. They will develop targeted campaigns that cultivate donor relationships, maximize fundraising strategies, and ensure effective communication to support the client’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate has had experience leading teams within the nonprofit industry, proven success in fundraising and digital marketing and has an affinity for working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities in this Role:
Lead client-facing calls and strategy meetings and regularly report to clients regarding high-level metrics and performance, answering technical inquiries as needed and providing guidance and corrective advice when necessary
Manage client program health by activating agency team members such as writers, designers, advertising strategists, and technical resources to create and implement a digital fundraising strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and brand strategy
Stays abreast of industry developments to maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities, including changes in regulations, technology, and best practices
Drive the development and implementation of online fundraising strategies, including managing the client’s communications plan (email, text, social) and aligning it with the paid advertising flight plan
Manage the fundraising KPIs and marketing calendars and allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal ROI
Actively develop solutions for direct response fundraising platforms, especially for, but not limited to, donor journey development, email campaigns; creating, testing, and validating audiences; testing, sending; tracking, and assessing emails
Report on fundraising and marketing performance, presenting insights and recommendations to improve strategies and campaigns
Mentor and coach junior strategists, imparting knowledge, offering guidance, and supporting their professional growth

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a digital communications and/or fundraising role within the nonprofit industry
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing

Extensive experience working on a direct response/individual giving program and with all forms of external communications channels, including email, social media, web, sms, etc.

Director of Digital Advertising
The Director of Advertising Operations & Services will serve as the primary point of contact for collaboration between Streetlight’s Digital Advertising team (Ads team), Strategy teams, Design, and the Project Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering communication, ensuring that the Ads team’s processes align with client needs, and facilitating efficient workflow management. You will also contribute to a customer service-oriented culture within the Ads team, ensuring quality deliverables and smooth project collaboration across teams.
In addition to overseeing workload management for the team and process improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring knowledge transfer across teams and supporting effective project execution. By developing training and infrastructure, you will empower the Ads team to share tasks efficiently, particularly during periods of capacity constraint, and foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes teamwork and client satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Media Services on resourcing advertising specialist resources and producing key documentation and streamlined communications that enhance client communications.
Responsibilities in this Role:
Serve as the liaison for the advertising team by functioning as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration regarding client services, workload allocation, and process optimization
Establish comprehensive benchmark standards for the Ads team to ensure effective collaboration with client and project teams
Foster a customer service-oriented mindset among the Ads team members in regard to client and project team interactions
Create internal Ads team processes and communications that ensure quality deliverables
Ensure appropriate documentation exists in Confluence for effective knowledge transfer between Ads team members and also for the client and project teams they are a part of
Ensure that the Ads team has training and infrastructure in place to allow for as much sharing of tasks and team support as possible during capacity-constricted time periods
Additional Responsibilities:
Advocate for Ads team needs, resources, and professional development opportunities within the broader organizational structure
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on client relationship management
Serve as the primary point of escalation for resolving complex client inquiries and concerns regarding paid media campaigns and deliverables
Develop strategic approaches to balancing client expectations with team capabilities and available resources

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital advertising programs that include SEM, social media, and emerging ad platforms and technologies
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools and data visualization
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
