Project Manager

Streetlight is seeking an experienced Project Manager who’s organized, calm under pressure, and able to adapt quickly in an ever-changing, remote work environment. They will be responsible for planning and managing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. The project manager will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The ideal candidate has marketing-related agency experience and can manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.  

Responsibilities in this Role:

  • Create and manage project plans from ideation to execution, utilizing the PM software and other tools to ensure project goals are met within the agreed-upon timeline and budget

  • Collaborate with the lead strategist and team to drive the direction of meetings, manage agendas and deliverables, and communicate project updates consistently to the internal team and client on strategy, adjustments, recommendations, roadblocks, and progress to ensure team actions remain in synergy

  • Oversee internal and client-facing documents, spreadsheets, folders, and overall organization of related files

  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution

  • Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities of multiple projects, monitor progress, and adjust as needed

  • Collaborate to ensure projects are operating within SLD processes and systems and contribute in a solutions-based style to improve overall efficiency and productivity

  • Able to support staff training of project management processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a digital marketing agency project and account management and managing large projects across multiple stakeholders 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, responsive with closed-loop communication with a strategic mindset

  • Ability to build relationships of trust and confidence with clients and colleagues

  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools (Asana), methodologies, and best practices

  • Excellent analytical skills and highly organized with attention to detail

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  • Passion for nonprofits, storytelling, and making things happen

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification

  • Agency experience managing multiple clients and working with diverse client teams 

  • Nonprofit marketing experience working with donation platforms

  • Solution-oriented in a startup or agency environment

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite

  • Experience with digital marketing, online advertising, email marketing, website development projects and the associated services

Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships

Position Overview

The Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships is responsible for identifying, launching, and scaling strategic growth initiatives that strengthen client performance, deepen platform partnerships, and improve operational excellence across the organization. This leader will work closely with the current subject matter expert in SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to build repeatable processes that can be deployed across multiple clients and engagement models.

In addition to leading strategic initiatives, this role will act as the primary liaison between technology partners, fundraising platforms, and internal teams, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and successful implementation of new capabilities that drive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Leadership

  • Partner with Streetlight’s Principal of Innovation and VP, Production to develop a standardized offering for the execution of SEO, AEO, website optimization, and digital visibility initiatives across the organization's client portfolio.

  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities that create competitive advantages for clients.

  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and playbooks that transform bespoke SEO/AEO engagements into scalable, repeatable service offerings.

  • Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs that demonstrate business impact and client success.

SEO/AEO Practice Development

  • Standardize methodologies, tools, reporting, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across accounts.

  • Partner with Streetlight’s Principal of Innovation to develop training for internal teams on SEO/AEO strategies, implementation approaches, and evolving industry best practices, in coordination with existing staff.

  • Partner with account, content, development, and analytics teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnerships & Platform Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with fundraising technology providers, digital platforms, and strategic partners.

  • Represent the organization as a trusted advisor and industry expert in discussions with platform partners.

  • Provide feedback and subject matter expertise to partners as they develop new features, products, and integrations.

  • Monitor partner roadmaps and industry developments, translating changes into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.

Client Technology & Platform Integration

  • Lead the evaluation, onboarding, and implementation of new technology vendors and platforms across client engagements.

  • Serve as the bridge between client stakeholders, vendor partners, and internal teams.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

  • Guide cross-functional teams through platform migrations, integrations, and optimization projects.

  • Ensure technology solutions align with client objectives, operational needs, and long-term growth strategies.

Operational Excellence

  • Create scalable systems and processes that drive consistency across multiple clients and service lines.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and collaboration across departments.

  • Develop documentation, implementation frameworks, and governance models that support organizational growth.

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO, website optimization, marketing technology, consulting, partnerships, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level technology and website optimization initiatives.

  • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships with technology vendors, platforms, or industry stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of website architecture, technical SEO, analytics, CMS platforms, and digital marketing technologies.

  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving clients, developers, product teams, and external partners.

  • Proven ability to operationalize services and create scalable processes.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with fundraising, nonprofit, CRM, or donor engagement platforms.

  • Familiarity with AI search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), generative search experiences, and emerging search technologies.

  • Experience leading consulting engagements or agency-based client work.

  • Knowledge of website migration, platform implementation, and systems integration projects.

Senior Digital Advertising Strategist

About the Job:

Streetlight Digital is seeking a Senior Digital Advertising Strategist to play a pivotal role in elevating the achievements of fundraising initiatives for some of the most well-known nonprofit organizations across the country. The Senior Digital Advertising Strategist will be part of our agency’s growing Digital Advertising team and will lead some of our largest client ad strategies and contribute to the execution of diverse digital fundraising, advertising, and operational tasks. We’re seeking someone who brings both strategic vision and technical expertise, understands digital advertising platforms, attribution models, and how to build cohesive, cross-channel campaigns. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, confidently present findings, and identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive positive results. 

This role is ideal for a seasoned strategist who can lead large-scale campaigns and guide clients through complex digital ecosystems.

The responsibilities of this position will directly influence and contribute to the advancement of causes supporting various communities, including but not limited to children battling cancer, veterans, and individuals facing life-threatening and life-altering diseases. Responsibilities in this role:

  • Develop multi-channel ad flight plans, including budget recommendations for client media spends ranging from $250K to $1M, annually

  • Lead agency-client relationships as the primary point of contact for advertising strategy, provide consultative guidance to stakeholders, and drive strategic decision-making to exceed campaign and program-specific KPIs

  • Engage in routine communications directly with team and client stakeholders to keep them informed of campaign performance and support cross-functional reporting, including campaign wrap reports and quarterly business review presentations

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other advertising platforms for a variety of clients – including in-platform ad setup and optimization.

  • Initiate research and suggest pilot programs to expand and diversify client’s advertising reach on new social media/emerging digital platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest through identification and piloting of new platforms, collaborating with agency Communication Strategists and Technologists where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Creative, Data Analytics, and Technology, to develop integrated campaign approaches that align with broader marketing objectives and business goals


Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in paid advertising (search, social, video and display).  

  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, Programmatic, and Meta Ads manager campaign management and running conversion/lead generation ads: set up, activation, optimization, and reporting.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and familiarity with principles of statistical analysis to create and analyze campaign performance reports for ongoing campaign optimization.

  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to influence senior client decision-makers and build trusted advisor relationships.

  • Commitment to work collaboratively and respectfully toward resolving obstacles and/or conflicts.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

  • Basic digital graphic design skills and use of Canva.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Nonprofit and/or nonprofit agency experience preferred

  • Google Ads / Google Analytics (GA4) / Meta certification a plus

  • CTV knowledge and experience a plus
