Key Responsibilities:
Security Leadership

Director of Advertising Operations & Services
The Director of Advertising Operations & Services will serve as the primary point of contact for collaboration between Streetlight’s Digital Advertising team (Ads team), Strategy teams, Design, and the Project Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering communication, ensuring that the Ads team’s processes align with client needs, and facilitating efficient workflow management. Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
10+ years of experience in digital media, with a focus on advertising, analytics and nonprofit marketing.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital advertising programs that include SEM, social media, and emerging ad platforms and technologies
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools and data visualization
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience working in or with nonprofit organizations.
Knowledge of fundraising and donor engagement strategies in the digital space.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms.

Direct Response Strategist
Streetlight is seeking a digital strategist specializing in direct response fundraising who is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive individual giving strategies to drive fundraising initiatives and marketing efforts for organizations, ensuring sustainable growth and support for their missions. They will create targeted campaigns that cultivate donor relationships, maximize fundraising strategies, and ensure effective communication to support the organization's mission and goals. The ideal candidate has had experience working within the nonprofit industry with success in fundraising and digital marketing and has an affinity for working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities in this Role:
Collaborate with the client team to create and implement a content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and brand strategy.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform content creation and distribution plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members such as writers, designers, advertising strategists, and technical resources to generate engaging digital campaigns for clients.
Stays abreast of industry developments to maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities, including changes in regulations, technology, and best practices
Develop and implement online fundraising strategies, including managing the client’s communications plan (email, text, social) and aligning it with the paid advertising flight plan.
Actively use direct response fundraising platforms, especially for, but not limited to, developing email campaigns; creating, testing, and validating audiences; testing, sending; tracking, and assessing emails.
Report on fundraising and marketing performance, presenting insights and recommendations to improve strategies and campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital communications and/or fundraising role within the nonprofit industry
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing
Excellent writer able to draft nuanced communications on a variety of topics
Experience working on a direct response/individual giving program
Familiarity with digital direct response marketing strategy and tactics, and how to measure the impact of various channels and campaigns
Can simultaneously execute multiple, overlapping projects
Drives for results – makes things happen and conveys a sense of urgency
Ability to self-manage and communicate effectively with management and contractors across a remote work environment
Experience with marketing and fundraising technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Blackbaud Luminate, Classy, Fundraise Up, etc.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including working with people from various business areas; builds and maintains highly effective working relationships.

Junior Graphic Designer
Streetlight Digital is seeking an experienced junior graphic designer to join our fun, talented, and fully-remote team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys producing digital marketing assets that align with established brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple projects for a variety of clients.
The junior graphic designer will primarily be production-focused for digital marketing materials, including social media ads, web graphics, and email assets. This role will work closely with senior designers, project managers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life and ensure designs meet brand and technical standards.
Responsibilities in this Role
Produce and adapt digital design assets for use across ads, emails, websites, and social media
Execute designs based on creative direction and existing templates or brand guidelines
Prepare and package production-ready files with accurate specs for delivery or development
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and strategists to ensure assets meet technical and visual standards
Implement design edits and feedback quickly and accurately
Maintain and organize internal file systems, asset libraries, and version control
Support the design team by assisting with presentation decks and other internal visuals
Stay current on digital design trends, platform specs, and creative best practices
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines across a variety of clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
Two or more years of industry experience
Demonstrated experience working in digital marketing, including design for ads (social and banner/display ads), email, and websites
Strong communication skills
Skilled in design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, Canva
Understanding of designing for web and mobile
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge and experience with motion graphics, including animation and video editing a plus
Familiarity with Teamraiser, Classy, DonorDrive a plus
Familiarity with Marketing/Advertising platforms a plus
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field a plus
Experience working with GSuite products a plus
