Digital Advertising Coordinator
Streetlight is seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Coordinator to provide support to our Digital Advertising team in propelling the success of fundraising programs at some of the most prestigious nonprofit organizations in this country. The Coordinator will engage with the team to assist in executing a range of digital fundraising, advertising, and operational activities as well as to provide analytical and reporting support that is critical to the team’s success.
Your work will impact the missions that support kids with cancer, veterans, individuals with life-threatening and life-altering diseases and so many more.
Responsibilities in this Role:
Support Digital Ads team with in-platform ad setup and optimization.
Assist in improving paid media tactical planning across all platforms, such as Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Assist Digital team on tasks and duties to ensure campaign success as measured through campaign and program-specific KPIs; routine communication directly with team or stakeholders to keep them informed of campaign performance.
Reporting on how ad accounts pace according to budget and goals
Partner with Digital team staff to create reporting for cross-functional teams including topline and wrap-up reports for completed ad campaigns across channels
Support Digital team research and pilot programs to expand and diversify client’s advertising reach on new social media/emerging digital platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest through identification and piloting of new platforms, collaborating with Digital Strategists and Technologists where appropriate
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads manager campaign management and running conversion/lead generation ads: set up, activation, optimization, and reporting.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and familiarity with principles of statistical analysis to create and analyze campaign performance reports for ongoing campaign optimization.
Commitment to work collaboratively and respectfully toward resolving obstacles and/or conflicts.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Basic digital graphic design skills and use of Canva
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Director of Advertising Operations & Services
The Director of Advertising Operations & Services will serve as the primary point of contact for collaboration between Streetlight’s Digital Advertising team (Ads team), Strategy teams, Design, and the Project Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering communication, ensuring that the Ads team’s processes align with client needs, and facilitating efficient workflow management. You will also contribute to a customer service-oriented culture within the Ads team, ensuring quality deliverables and smooth project collaboration across teams.
In addition to overseeing workload management for the team and process improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring knowledge transfer across teams and supporting effective project execution. By developing training and infrastructure, you will empower the Ads team to share tasks efficiently, particularly during periods of capacity constraint, and foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes teamwork and client satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Media Services on resourcing advertising specialist resources and producing key documentation and streamlined communications that enhance client communications.
Responsibilities in this Role:
Serve as the liaison for the advertising team by functioning as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration regarding client services, workload allocation, and process optimization
Establish comprehensive benchmark standards for the Ads team to ensure effective collaboration with client and project teams
Foster a customer service-oriented mindset among the Ads team members in regard to client and project team interactions
Create internal Ads team processes and communications that ensure quality deliverables
Ensure appropriate documentation exists in Confluence for effective knowledge transfer between Ads team members and also for the client and project teams they are a part of
Ensure that the Ads team has training and infrastructure in place to allow for as much sharing of tasks and team support as possible during capacity-constricted time periods
Additional Responsibilities:
Advocate for Ads team needs, resources, and professional development opportunities within the broader organizational structure
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on client relationship management
Serve as the primary point of escalation for resolving complex client inquiries and concerns regarding paid media campaigns and deliverables
Develop strategic approaches to balancing client expectations with team capabilities and available resources
Lead periodic reviews of client satisfaction metrics and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
Foster professional development pathways for team members to enhance both technical and client service capabilities
Coordinate with leadership to align Ads team objectives with overall organizational goals and client success metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
10+ years of experience in digital media, with a focus on advertising, analytics and nonprofit marketing.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital advertising programs that include SEM, social media, and emerging ad platforms and technologies
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools and data visualization
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience working in or with nonprofit organizations.
Knowledge of fundraising and donor engagement strategies in the digital space.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms.
Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for nonprofit causes.

Marketing Coordinator
Streetlight is seeking an emerging digital professional to support our direct response fundraising team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience who is either early in their career or transitioning from nonprofit work to the agency side. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key supporting role in fundraising and marketing communications across multiple clients, working both behind the scenes on campaign execution and platform management, and will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with clients alongside direct response strategists. This position offers the chance to broaden your experience across diverse organizations while learning the strategic and operational aspects of nonprofit fundraising in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities in this Role:
Support strategists in executing content strategies that align with clients' overall marketing and fundraising goals
Assist with research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform campaign development
Coordinate with cross-functional team members, including writers, designers, advertising strategists, and technical resources, to support campaign execution
Help manage the day-to-day operations of direct response fundraising platforms, including email, sms, and donation campaign setup, audience management, testing, and deployment
Support the implementation of online fundraising strategies across multiple channels (email, text, social media)
Build and manage audiences, conduct A/B tests, and ensure quality control for all communications before deployment
Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting on fundraising and marketing results
Stay current on industry developments, platform updates, and best practices in nonprofit fundraising
Skills and Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or fundraising (nonprofit experience preferred but not required)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or related field
Strong writing skills with attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Familiarity with email marketing and/or fundraising concepts
Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance measurement
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with strong follow-through and a sense of urgency
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills
Experience with marketing automation or fundraising platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Blackbaud Luminate, Classy, Fundraise Up, etc.) is a plus
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn
