NATALIE STAMER
Co-Owner

Natalie has spent nearly two decades working for nonprofits, starting with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. While there, she oversaw the marketing, communications and online fundraising strategy and execution, including the development of their website and custom-built P2P platform. During her 12-year tenure, the Foundation grew from a handful of events raising $300K into a worldwide phenomenon, raising more than $38 million/year.

To better understand the large, multi-affiliate nonprofit, Natalie accepted the position of VP of Online Fundraising at MDA in 2014, which quickly grew into a role that encompassed the digital marketing team as well as the direct response and donor care teams as VP of Digital and Content Marketing.

Her unique skill set as a marketing fundraiser (or a fundraising marketer), with a full understanding of the digital landscape allows her to provide today’s nonprofit with full-spectrum support - helping nonprofits turn casual donors into life-long supporters and one-time participants into brand advocates.

Most recently, Natalie has been featured as a speaker at BBCON on the subject of brand, marketing and online fundraising, at the Peer-to-Peer Professional Forum on building a DIY program, as a keynote speaker at CauseCamp on the topic of best practices in P2P Fundraising, at Social Media Week LA on influencer marketing for nonprofits and at the OneCause Raise Conference on Peer-to-Peer from A-Z.

Ashley Berg

Ashley Berg
Director of Project Management

Ashley brings more than 10 years of project management experience within digital marketing to Streetlight Digital and is a certified Project Management Professional. A self-styled process nerd, her passion for project infrastructure is equally matched by her enthusiasm for efficiency, ever seeking a better path forward. While new to the nonprofit space, she has dedicated her career to serving those around her, supporting cross-functional teams in their myriad goals.

Before joining Streetlight, Ashley acted as Director of Creative Services at two life science communications agencies, where she honed her servant leadership philosophy and developed a connoisseur's appreciation for a well-designed timeline. Ashley believes that relationships are the cornerstone of project management and people are the heart of every project. That said, she is passionate about project management tools and how they can best serve collaborative teams.

After hours you can find Ashley curled up on the couch with her husband, two dogs, and two cats, crocheting a hat or scarf, binge-watching the Great British Baking Show, or reading a good book.

Whitney Correia
Director of Digital Advertising & Operations

With more than a decade of experience in fundraising marketing, Whitney finds passion in working alongside nonprofit organizations to advance their missions, creating a better today, tomorrow, and future for those in need. From finding cures and funding breast cancer research to honoring and empowering our nation’s wounded warriors, Whitney previously worked at two national NPOs, managing the marketing strategy and integrated marketing efforts from Individual and Corporate Giving to Experiential and Peer-to-Peer Fundraising.

Throughout her marketing career, Whitney has found she thrives within the digital landscape where her analytical mindset can take over and is genuinely loving this new chapter at Streetlight.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Whitney is a true Floridian at heart. And as one would guess, when she’s not working, she’s enjoying the warm weather with her husband, two kids, and pup — whether it be building sand castles at the beach or catching fish and some sunshine on the boat.

CAROLINE JOHNSON
Director of Project Management

With over 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, and project management, both in the nonprofit and creative agency space, Caroline brings a deep knowledge and unique perspective to a variety of strategic campaigns.

She’s overseen national experiential marketing campaigns, led as the editor of a local community and arts publication, and worked as the director of marketing and communications for a multimedia music and environmental nonprofit. Caroline holds a soft spot for storytelling, a well thought to-do list, and the Oxford comma. She sees a well-executed project like a solid story: it starts with a vision, holds an action-packed middle, and is remembered by its impact.

Caroline recently returned to her native state of Tennessee to enjoy life close to family while re-exploring the hills of East Tennessee. On days off, she can be found on her never-ending quest for new trails, the best biscuit, the biggest fish, live music, and that next road trip destination.

COLLEEN LEGGE
VP OF CLIENT SERVICES, P2P

A great deal of her work has been in P2P fundraising and she loves to build a comprehensive strategy – connecting the participant and donor to the mission of an organization with clean user experience and coaching. She believes that if we coach the participant on how to fundraise and tell our story, we can be on our way to success. Her past positions include Principal Consultant, Charity Dynamics, Sr. Development Manager, Individual Gifts at ZACH Theatre; Team LIVESTRONG Manager, LIVESTRONG Foundation; and Sr. Campaign Manager, Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

At Streetlight, Jeff is the senior solutions architect working on UX, development, strategic guidance and whatever the client tosses our way.

Jeff lives in Nebraska with his three children and is happiest when he’s in his boat on a lake fishing for the catch of the day.

Jennifer Riley
VP OF CLIENT SERVICES DIRECT RESPONSE

Jen has worked in nonprofit marketing and technology for the vast majority of her career on both the agency side and within organizations large and small. Her perspective from her time as the Marketing & Fundraising Director at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House helps her to understand the opportunities and challenges at the local chapter level of a large organization. Prior to joining Streetlight, Lizzie oversaw the Do-It-Yourself, Facebook, and Endurance fundraising programs at the Colorectal Cancer Alliance and spent several years working on the digital strategy and communications for the P2P program at The ALS Association. While there, he guided the transition of nearly 60 community events to a one-date model while he and his team raised more than $17M in peer-to-peer revenue annually.

Kevin transitioned to non-profit work after a nearly 17-year career in journalism. That background provided surprising similarities to all of our work to further our causes; the power of “making the ask,” telling mission-inspired stories and putting people first.

Kevin is a University of Oklahoma graduate and spends most Saturdays in the Fall at Sooner football games. He and his partner live in the mountains north of Atlanta with their dog.
